  Hello, my name is Robert Kirkland owner of Leading Inspections LLC.  I am a licensed, certified, and Insured Inspector of Structures.  I obtained my License through the State of Nevada, and to due so, completed numerus hours of on-hands schooling, passed a Nevada State governed exam, and submit to a criminal background check.  I am also a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and have met their strict guidelines for certification.  I carry Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance in Nevada and Utah.  I have successfully completed numerous inspections in a timely manner, and I use one of the most comprehensive, easy-to-understand systems available today.  Being Licensed, Certified, and Insured, with knowledgable, thorough, hands-on visual inspection practices, you can be assured that I am:
